Slow Down Yoga & Meditation: Autumn Term - 6 Week Course
With Paula Malloy
It’s time to slow down.
There’s quiet strength in moving slowly—a bold choice in a world that rushes us and —constantly asking us to do more, be more and move faster. Slowing down isn’t about doing less, it’s quiet power in choosing a different pace. It’s a wisdom to be fully present to your life. In the stillness, we rediscover ourselves.
When we move slowly, we begin to feel the depth in each breath, the subtle strength in each posture, and the gentle unfolding of the body and mind. When we pause, soften, and breathe more slowly, we begin to notice the richness in every movement. It’s a radical act of tuning in when our online world disconnects us into numbing.
beauty of moving slowly: Sharpen focus – each breath becomes a guide, each movement more intentional. Awaken awareness – feel the quiet conversations between breath, body, and mind. Build deep strength – not through speed, but through steady, grounded effort. Free the joints – like oil for the hinges, gentle movement keeps everything flowing. Release tension – unravelling the knots we carry, both muscular and mental. Invite calm – shifting from doing to being, from rush to rest.
In our class, there’s no need to hurry. We linger in postures, exploring their layers and sensations. With breath and awareness, we open space—to feel, to release, to restore. Through mindful movement and breath work, we nourish circulation, support joint health, spark energy flow, and ease the body into balance. We close our sessions with stillness—relaxation or meditation—to soak in the benefits. This class is for those who long to slow down in their life, to move gently, those returning to a yoga practice, or anyone craving a deeper, slower rhythm.
Dates of classes: 15th Sept 22nd Sept 29th Sept 6th Oct 13th Oct 20th Oct.

Autumn Retreat Day - Yoga, Mantra & Tea Ceremony
With Payal Shah
This retreat is a sacred opportunity for you to let go, relax, and reconnect with yourself.
Join Payal for a rejuvenating & soulful day filled with Empowering Yoga, journaling, Mantra singing, and Yin Yoga. There’ll also be a beautiful mini tea ceremony and some nourishing snacks to enjoy, too.
You'll leave feeling lighter in your body, clearer in your mind, and deeply grounded in yourself.
What to expect:
Intention setting and journaling - when you arrive, you’ll step into a warm, welcoming space & leave the outside world at the door. You’ll ease into the day with calming breathwork, an intention-setting practice (Sankalpa), and a short guided meditation to help you truly land in your body, followed by Journaling for Release - This will be a moment of quiet reflection, a chance to connect inward and begin softening into what you may be ready to let go of. You’ll write, feel, and bring awareness to what’s been weighing you down.
Yoga Flow - Then, you’ll step onto the mat for an empowering Yoga Archery flow. A symbolic practice of release and direction. You’ll draw back what no longer serves and release it with clarity and purpose. A powerful reminder that letting go is not giving up, it’s choosing again, with intention.
Sound and Mantra - Then through sound, you’ll activate the throat chakra — releasing what’s been held in and expressing what’s true. Your voice is a powerful tool for healing and this is your moment to use it. You don’t need to know how to sing just breathe, feel, and allow your voice to rise from within.
Nourishing break for refreshments, followed with a Yin Yoga practice - Once you're ready, we’ll return to the mat for a deeply restorative Yin yoga practice, inspired by the Metal Element — the element of release and clarity. You’ll soften into long-held postures that open the lungs and large intestine meridians, energetic centres of breath, grief, and transformation. This is where we allow the wisdom of the body to speak, to let go gently, fully, and with grace.
Closing circle and tea ceremony - You’ll end together in circle for a mini tea ceremony, reflecting, sharing, and honouring the shifts you’ve made. This final moment is a celebration of your courage to let go and come home to yourself.

A Pocket of Soft, Slow, Still - A Winters Day Retreat
With Anna Taylor
While the festive season can bring with it many joys, there can often feel much to do, at a time of year when we are low on resources. We might crave time and space to soften, to slow and still, yet struggle to carve this out for ourselves.
This day retreat will offer you the time and space to drop into the rhythm of winter – a time of year where nature is reminding us to turn inwards, reduce output, rest and restore.
My intention is that our time together will feel like a warm, winter balm allowing you to gently unwind and deeply relax so that you feel recharged for the festivities that lie ahead.
We will take our time to:
catch our breath and unwind tension through a morning flowing practice.
be nourished by a delicious lunch
soak up the nature around us with a mindful walk through the beautiful grounds at Hatfield House.
soak up deep rest with an afternoon of restorative yoga (think dropping into the support of bolsters while being wrapped in the warmth of blankets).
close with a winter yoga nidra (guided relaxation)
All of which will support you in feeling topped up, rested and resource for what the last few weeks of the year hold ahead.
Investment: £115 (includes lunch)

Let Your Burn Out - A Weekend of Yoga & Workshops Optimising Resilience & Wellbeing
With Imogen North
Feeling stretched too thin, running low on energy, burnt out or simply wanting to optimise your wellbeing? This weekend is designed to help you reset, recharge, and build resilience from the inside out.
Over two days, Imogen will guide you through a carefully curated blend of practices that combine science-backed approaches with time-tested traditions. Together, we’ll explore how to strengthen your nervous system, muscles, connective tissue, physiology, and mind—while giving you the practical tools to continue your journey long after the weekend ends.
Resilience is all about our natural ability to adapt, recover, and thrive in the face of challenge. Yet most approaches focus only on one side of the spectrum—either deep rest or intense training. This experience brings both together in a way that’s integrated, personalised, and deeply effective.
You’ll learn how to:
Boost energy and recovery
Improve sleep, focus, and concentration
Navigate stress, anxiety, and overwhelm with greater ease
Shift perspective to move beyond burnout and cultivate balance
Through dynamic movement, introspection, breathwork, and myofascial release, you’ll discover how to both challenge and restore your system—unlocking resilience as both a practice and a mindset. Prompts and modifications will allow you to tailor each session to your own needs and goals.
What You’ll Leave With:
Practical tools to continue supporting your resilience
Insights into your individual areas of focus
A refreshed perspective on your practice and wellbeing
A deeper understanding of how to use stress, recovery, strength, and MFR as lifelong resilience tools
This weekend is for you if you’re navigating exhaustion, poor sleep, stress, or overwhelm—or if you simply want to expand your resilience and wellbeing. All you need is some vinyasa experience. All levels welcome.
Each Workshop Day Includes:
2hr Dynamic Yoga Practice Designed as detailed above
