Slow Down Yoga - A 5 Week Course
It’s time to slow down.
There’s quiet strength in moving slowly, a bold choice in a world that rushes us and constantly asking us to do more, be more and move faster. Slowing down isn’t about doing less, it’s quiet power in choosing a different pace. It’s a wisdom to be fully present to your life. In the stillness, we rediscover ourselves.
When we move slowly, we begin to feel the depth in each breath, the subtle strength in each posture, and the gentle unfolding of the body and mind.
When we pause, soften, and breathe more slowly, we begin to notice the richness in every movement. It’s a radical act of tuning in when our online world disconnects us into numbing.
The beauty of moving slowly: Sharpen focus - each breath becomes a guide, each movement more intentional. Awaken awareness - feel the quiet conversations between breath, body, and mind. Build deep strength - not through speed, but through steady, grounded effort.
Free the joints - like oil for the hinges, gentle movement keeps everything flowing. Release tension - unravelling the knots we carry, both muscular and mental. Invite calm - shifting from doing to being, from rush to rest. In our class, there’s no need to hurry. We linger in postures, exploring their layers and sensations. With breath and awareness, we open space, to feel, to release, to restore. Through mindful movement and breath work, we nourish circulation, support joint health, spark energy flow, and ease the body into balance. We close our sessions with stillness, relaxation or meditation, to soak in the benefits. This class is for those who long to slow down in their life, to move gently, those returning to a yoga practice, or anyone craving a deeper, slower rhythm.

Let Your Burn Out - A Weekend of Yoga & Workshops Optimising Resilience & Wellbeing
With Imogen North
Feeling stretched too thin, running low on energy, burnt out or simply wanting to optimise your wellbeing? This weekend is designed to help you reset, recharge, and build resilience from the inside out.
Over two days, Imogen will guide you through a carefully curated blend of practices that combine science-backed approaches with time-tested traditions. Together, we’ll explore how to strengthen your nervous system, muscles, connective tissue, physiology, and mind—while giving you the practical tools to continue your journey long after the weekend ends.
Resilience is all about our natural ability to adapt, recover, and thrive in the face of challenge. Yet most approaches focus only on one side of the spectrum—either deep rest or intense training. This experience brings both together in a way that’s integrated, personalised, and deeply effective.
You’ll learn how to:
Boost energy and recovery
Improve sleep, focus, and concentration
Navigate stress, anxiety, and overwhelm with greater ease
Shift perspective to move beyond burnout and cultivate balance
Through dynamic movement, introspection, breathwork, and myofascial release, you’ll discover how to both challenge and restore your system—unlocking resilience as both a practice and a mindset. Prompts and modifications will allow you to tailor each session to your own needs and goals.
What You’ll Leave With:
Practical tools to continue supporting your resilience
Insights into your individual areas of focus
A refreshed perspective on your practice and wellbeing
A deeper understanding of how to use stress, recovery, strength, and MFR as lifelong resilience tools
This weekend is for you if you’re navigating exhaustion, poor sleep, stress, or overwhelm—or if you simply want to expand your resilience and wellbeing. All you need is some vinyasa experience. All levels welcome.

With Yoga With Ellen
Join Ellen for a half day retreat of yoga, breath work, relaxation and a heavenly sound bath. Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds and vibrations to help calm the nervous system, reduce stress, promoting deep relaxation and emotional release to quiet the mind.
At the end of January, many of us feel drained by short days and cold weather. Energy dips, motivation wavers, and we find ourselves craving warmth and light.
A retreat at this time of year allows you to restore your motivation and energy through nourishing movement, breath and stillness - the perfect reset after mid-winter sluggishness and slowdown.
What To Expect
Beginning our afternoon with a Dynamic Hatha Flow practice to encourage inner heat and movement at a time when many feel low-energy or stagnant. Combining energetic poses and sun salutations which flow together in a sequence of postures, including stillness and breath awareness. Finishing off with a guided relaxation using a technique called progressive muscle relaxation, encouraging you to consciously release physical tension and restore balance.
We will then break for warming teas, pastries and homemade cakes, giving you the chance to connect with others or take a nature walk in beautiful surroundings.
Our next session will comprise of Yin yoga and Pranayama. Yin is a slow-paced style of yoga incorporating principles of Chinese medicine. It encourages energy flow through stimulation and helps to diminish blockages. Pranayama improves lung function and oxygen flow through deep conscious breathing and breath control, helping to improve focus and enhance vitality.
From here we will flow straight into a soothing sound bath. Allow the sound vibrations to wash over you, guiding you into a place of serenity, stillness, and healing. Let go of everything; this time is just for you.

Slow Down Yoga - A 5 Week Course with Paula Malloy
With Paula Malloy
The beauty of moving slowly: Sharpen focus - each breath becomes a guide, each movement more intentional
Awaken awareness - feel the quiet conversations between breath, body, and mind
Build deep strength - not through speed, but through steady, grounded effort
Free the joints - like oil for the hinges, gentle movement keeps everything flowing
Release tension - unravelling the knots we carry, both muscular and mental
Invite calm - shifting from doing to being, from rush to rest. In our class, there’s no need to hurry

With Marina From Nayda Yoga
Join Marina for this exciting yoga event for a good cause.
It's a Yoga marathon, it's a celebration, it's community.
108 is a poignant number in yogic history, it is also the number of beads on the meditation mala. 108 Sun Salutations is a mediation on repetition and letting go.We will do this together, and you can take plenty of rest and skip some movements if you need to. There is magic in moving meditation, and this is an opportunity to explore where your edges are, where you can meet your breath and movement combined during a repeated sequence.

The Charitable Cause: There are many charities, however we actually have hungry children and struggling families here in Potters Bar, so all the profit (after paying for the space) will go one family in Potters Bar (they will stay anonymous) It will not change their life completely, but it will help with food and bills.

Winter Solstice Afternoon Retreat
The winter solstice is a celebration of the shortest day of the year, signifying the completion of another life cycle. This has long been celebrated as a return back to the light. A Pocket of Soft, Slow, Still - A Winters Day Retreat
With Anna Taylor
While the festive season can bring with it many joys, there can often feel much to do, at a time of year when we are low on resources. We might crave time and space to soften, to slow and still, yet struggle to carve this out for ourselves.
This day retreat will offer you the time and space to drop into the rhythm of winter – a time of year where nature is reminding us to turn inwards, reduce output, rest and restore.
My intention is that our time together will feel like a warm, winter balm allowing you to gently unwind and deeply relax so that you feel recharged for the festivities that lie ahead.
We will take our time to:
catch our breath and unwind tension through a morning flowing practice.
be nourished by a delicious lunch
soak up the nature around us with a mindful walk through the beautiful grounds at Hatfield House.
soak up deep rest with an afternoon of restorative yoga (think dropping into the support of bolsters while being wrapped in the warmth of blankets).
close with a winter yoga nidra (guided relaxation)
All of which will support you in feeling topped up, rested and resource for what the last few weeks of the year hold ahead.
Investment: £115 (includes lunch)

Welcoming Winter Retreat - A Day of Yoga, Mindfulness Nature Walk & Sound Therapy
With Louise Neicho from Woodland Yoga
For many of us, winter is the season we brace ourselves for – the long, dark nights, the biting cold, the quiet stillness. It can feel heavy, bleak, even isolating.
I used to feel the same way. Spring and summer brought growth and lightness, autumn offered beauty and reflection – but winter? Winter was something to endure. I rushed through it, never pausing to listen to what it might be trying to teach me.
Does this sound familiar?
Do you find winter a struggle – physically, emotionally, or spiritually?

If you answered yes to any of these, this retreat is for you!

Held - A Women's Winter Wellbeing Experience
With Olivia Annalise
Sink into softness this Winter with the support of gentle yoga, woodland walks, a live music experience and takeaway goodie bags.
Slow down. Soften. Come home to your body.
In the heart of winter, when nature rests in stillness, we invite you to do the same. Held is a sensual, soul-nourishing retreat day created exclusively for Women—a warm, welcoming sanctuary to unwind, restore, and reconnect.
☕ On arrival, you will be welcomed with an organic mulled wine (alcohol free). Inspired by Ayurvedic medicine, your wine will be rich in fresh cinnamon, cloves and honey which naturally warm the blood circulation and are essential for the Winter season.
🧘🏽♀️ Wrapped in soft layers and surrounded by candlelight, Olivia Annalise Yoga will be your host and will guide you through deeply nourishing yoga practices, designed to awaken the senses and calm the nervous system during this Winter season. Your first yoga practice will be a gentle Hatha flow to shake off any slugishness in the body and mind which will specifically focus on supporting the kidneys and bladder which are the main organs which need to be cared for in this season. You will also enjoy a mindfulness practice to ease in to the season.
The second yoga practice later on in the day will be a mindful and restful Restorative practice. With every supported posture, you'll be held—by blankets, bolsters, silence, and intention. Mindfulness practices will gently lead you back into the rhythm of your breath, your body, your being. Lastly, you will enjoy a long and restful savasana which will include aromatherapy with a temple and shoulder massage.
🌲 During the second part of the afternoon, we will be going for a grounding, fresh Winter Woodland walk around Hatfield House. It is important to optimise light exposure during this season especially as shorter and darker days are present. We are beings designed to be outside breathing in fresh air, moving our bodies as well as enjoying the beauty of the Winter season around us.
🎶 You will then be joined by Molly-Anne Chinner who will be providing a beautiful, calming, live soundscape during your restorative yoga practice including a sound healing experience with live singing. Her approach to sound healing is deeply rooted in the medicininal path — a journey shaped by years of playing at sacred ceremonies and healing spaces.
🌿 Throughout the afternoon, you will also have access to the Wellbeing Table. Think of fresh organic herbal teas, herbal tinctures as well as herbal remedies to support your body in the Winter season.
🎁 All attendees will leave with a luxury gift bag with holistic wellbeing goodies to support them further during the Winter period.
This retreat is a celebration of feminine rest. A safe, sacred space to share, be seen, or simply be. Together, we’ll honor the winter season—not as a time to push through, but as a sacred invitation to slow down, listen inward, and tend to the warmth that lives within.
No experience needed. Just come as you are—soft, strong, tired, tender. All of you is welcome. This will be a space where time slows down and every inhale draws you back inward.
