Unwind, restore, and prepare for the week ahead with this Sunday reset.
We’ll flow through a yoga flow, before easing into restorative poses to allow you to find deep rest in your savasana. Followed by breathwork, and a guided meditation. This is designed to help you quieten your mind, release tension in the body and give yourself to a mini reset and relaxation before your week ahead.
To close, there will be herbal teas and homemade snacks, along with some goodies from my brands I love.
As we’ll be in spring, the movement will be a little more energising (still gentle though, nothing crazy!) and we’ll close with those juicy restorative poses so that you body feels calmer and hopefully free of tension.

Parking: free parking available on site
Yoga mats, blocks, straps, bolsters and blankets will be provided. Feel free to bring anything else you might need to make yourself comfy and cosy (blanket, jumpers, even an eye mask) then please feel free.
