Irene's popular Saturday afternoon retreats will help you unwind and stay grounded and balanced. Join us for an opportunity to do something positive for yourself and refresh body, mind and heart through gentle vinyasa yoga, restorative yin yoga, and deep yoga nidra relaxation. Irene is an experienced yoga teacher specialising in yoga for stress reduction. She has been running regular yoga retreats at Oakhouse Studio for two years, as well as teaching classes, workshops and 1:1 sessions for over a decade.
What to expect:
Reset - Connect with yourself through grounding and breathing routines
Recharge - Energise with Irene's signature mix of gentle vinyasa and yin yoga
Restore - Take time for deep relaxation with yoga nidra
Relate - Enjoy the company of the group over a chat, cuppa and cake!
What to bring and wear:
Wear comfortable clothing suitable for practicing yoga. Mats and props will be provided but feel free to bring your own.
This workshop is suitable for all levels of yoga experience even if you are completely new to yoga, as long as you are in good physical health.
