With Louise Neicho from Woodland Yoga
For many of us, winter is the season we brace ourselves for – the long, dark nights, the biting cold, the quiet stillness. It can feel heavy, bleak, even isolating.
I used to feel the same way. Spring and summer brought growth and lightness, autumn offered beauty and reflection – but winter? Winter was something to endure. I rushed through it, never pausing to listen to what it might be trying to teach me.
