Feeling stretched too thin, running low on energy, burnt out or simply wanting to optimise your wellbeing?  This weekend is designed to help you reset, recharge, and build resilience from the inside out.

 Over two days, Imogen will guide you through a carefully curated blend of practices that combine science-backed approaches with time-tested traditions.  Together, we’ll explore how to strengthen your nervous system, muscles, connective tissue, physiology, and mind—while giving you the practical tools to continue your journey long after the weekend ends.

 Resilience is all about our natural ability to adapt, recover, and thrive in the face of challenge. Yet most approaches focus only on one side of the spectrum—either deep rest or intense training. This experience brings both together in a way that’s integrated, personalised, and deeply effective.

 You’ll learn how to:

  • Boost energy and recovery

  • Improve sleep, focus, and concentration

  • Navigate stress, anxiety, and overwhelm with greater ease

  • Shift perspective to move beyond burnout and cultivate balance

 Through dynamic movement, introspection, breathwork, and myofascial release, you’ll discover how to both challenge and restore your system—unlocking resilience as both a practice and a mindset.   Prompts and modifications will allow you to tailor each session to your own needs and goals.

​​This weekend is for you if you’re navigating exhaustion, poor sleep, stress, or overwhelm—or if you simply want to expand your resilience and wellbeing.  All you need is some vinyasa experience.  All levels welcome.

Each Workshop Day Includes:

  • 2hr Dynamic Yoga Practice Designed as detailed above

  • A nourishing buffet lunch at Hatfield House's very own Coach House Kitchen 

  • Time for a woodland walk

  • 2hr Afternoon ​Restorative or MFR Practice as detailed above

  • Transportation

  • Personal Expenses

  • Extra snacks and drinks from The Coach House Kitchen

Investment: £95 per day

£170 for the whole weekend.
