With Natasha Fiskin
Ashtanga Immersion returns this February, offering students the opportunity to carve out extended, intentional time for their Ashtanga practice within a supportive and like-minded community.
This is not like your usual drop-in class, but a devotional extended practice shared by those walking the path of Ashtanga Yoga. A space to move and breathe together, explore the Half Primary Series, refine technique, ask questions, and deepen understanding of both practice and philosophy.
Unlike regular weekly classes, this immersion allows time to slow down, reconnect, and explore the tools of Ashtanga more fully, while sharing the experience with others who understand both the challenges and triumphs of the practice. We are all on the same journey even if our practice looks different, and that shared sense of energy and focus is so special to feel in a room all together.
All levels are welcome, whether you are at the beginning of your Ashtanga journey or continuing to deepen an established practice.
Following the most recent immersion, Natasha has trained with world-renowned Ashtanga teacher David Swenson and will be weaving insights from this experience into the morning.
Natasha's infamous healthy post-practice treats will be provided, allowing space for nourishment, conversation, and community connection.
