This mini yoga retreat is a supportive mid spring pause, created to help you recharge, rebalance, and reconnect with yourself.
We will begin with a gentle yet energising vinyasa flow, designed to awaken the body, build warmth, and stimulate energy, leaving you feeling lighter, clearer, and more vibrant.
After the practice, we will take time to rest and refuel during a 30 minute break with homemade gluten free, vegan treats and herbal teas.
The retreat will conclude with a deeply calming restorative yin yoga session, supporting your nervous system, releasing stored tension, and guiding you into a state of deep relaxation.
This experience is open to all levels, with options and modifications offered throughout.
