The heart centre is love, compassion, connection and belonging. Yet when we experience loss, grief, heartbreak or unspoken longing, the heart can begin to close as a way of protecting us, creating a sense of heaviness, disconnection and reduced capacity.

This circle offers a safe and nurturing space to honour all that is held within the heart.

Together, we will gently acknowledge our grief, loss and longing through the medicine of cacao, guided ritual and a restorative sound bath. You're invited to soften, release and reconnect with the wisdom of your heart.
