This is not a space for performance or pressure. This is a space to come as you are.
During this circle, we’ll explore the theme of compassion and allowing ourselves to feel —
without judgment, without numbing, and without overriding our needs.
Together, we will guide you through:
Soothing breathwork to help regulate your nervous system
Journalling prompts to bring your inner voice to the surface
Gentle somatic movement and yoga to connect you to your body
Supportive group sharing, with space to speak or simply listen
You are welcome to share — or simply soak in the presence of others. All participation is optional, and everything is welcome.
