A wellbeing day offering a soft return to your physical body. This is not just a yoga retreat, but a slow and gentle space to reconnect to the quiet intelligence of your physical form.
We will tend to rehydrating the fascia for free flow of movement, lymphatic drainage and muscle release including a Face Yoga workshop with Zena Kidd-May, a supported yoga practice tending to the heart and small intestines which are the organs needing most care in this season. Through fluid sequences and fascia-focused release, we invite the body to open in its own time and to move at its own pace, even if the World around it in Summer is moving fast.

13:00 pm - arrivals and an organic lymphatic cleanse tea latte
13:30 pm - fascial flow and let go movement practice with Olivia
15:00 pm - healthy snacks, drinks and herbal remedies
15:30 pm - a beautiful Summers walk around Hatfield House Woodlands
16:30 pm - Face Yoga workshop with Zena Kidd-May
17:30 pm - farewells and luxury gift bags to take home with products to support the body in the Summer season
