Join me for a day dedicated to you and your well being.
We will begin with a more dynamic breathe led flow practice that leads into a soothing meditation.
We will then break for a delicious healthy lunch which we will enjoy within the stunning grounds picnic style. After lunch we return to the mat for a deeply restorative yin yoga practice where you will be supported by props to assist you in resting fully.
You will then be led through a grounding & nourishing yoga nidra practice that will lead into a crystal sound bath. You will leave feeling refreshed, restored & renewed.
The day will look something like this:
11am Welcome tea on arrival
11.15am Intention setting
11.30am Energising Pranayama
11.50am Alignment based flow
1pm Lunch & free time to enjoy the grounds
3pm Restorative yoga
4pm Sound bath meditation & Yoga Nidra
