Breathwork
Inhale serenity, exhale stress. Through intentional breathwork exercises, we'll tap into the transformative power of the breath, allowing for deep relaxation and rejuvenation. Discover the profound connection between breath, body, and mind.

Soulful Connection
More than just a gathering, Rest & ReEnchantment is an opportunity to evaluate and connect with like-hearted women. Explore your wishes with journalling and enjoy and take the opportunity to let go. Share (or not, this will be introvert-friendly) in heart-centred conversations and draw strength from the group.

Sundown Mindfulness Walk
As the sun dips, we'll take in the serene surroundings of this historic venue. Simply follow your own lead. No interruptions, no noise, no traffic, nowhere to be other than immersed in the nature of Hatfield House.
