With Ananda Monet & Keli Woods

In the fast pace of daily life, it’s easy to forget to pause and lose touch with our inner needs. This day retreat invites you to fall in love with NOW and nourish your mind, body, and soul in a day dedicated to relaxation, introspection, and self-expression.

Whether you are feeling disconnected, tired, overwhelmed, or simply need a reset, this day retreat offers a chance to escape the monotony and stress and prioritise self-care. Through a harmonious blend of an immersive sound bath, grounding Chadao tea ceremony, restorative yoga, soothing mantra meditation, and uplifting kirtan, we’ll create a space for you to release what no longer serves you, soothe your nervous system, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and activate self-healing.
