With Silvana Greenfield
The Mental Wellbeing Club is a community led initiative offering a safe, local space for preventative, human-centred mental wellbeing support.
It’s designed for those moments in life when we may not be in crisis, but we feel overwhelmed, stuck, burnt out, or simply in need of a space where we can pause and reconnect.
Many people fall into the gap between coping and crisis. Professional services are often stretched or only accessible once things escalate. The Mental Wellbeing Club exists in that important in-between space, offering accessible support rooted in safety, education, and meaningful human connection.
This is a place where you can meet others, learn practical tools, and reconnect with yourself in a supportive environment. There is zero pressure to talk or share. The starting point is simply showing up for yourself and allowing yourself to be in a space that feels safe and supportive.
Our aim is to create an environment where people feel seen, heard, and supported, while learning practical skills that can help navigate everyday stress and emotional challenges.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, navigating change, experiencing burnout, or simply seeking connection, you are warmly welcome.
