With Tia & Joanna

Join Tia & Joanna for a powerful half-day retreat designed to help you release what’s holding you back and reconnect with your intuition.

This pop-up experience blends Reiki-infused sound healing, transformational breathwork, and guided journaling to create deep emotional and energetic release. It’s a sacred space to let go, tune in, and come home to yourself.

Whether you’re carrying stress, emotional blocks, or just feel disconnected from your inner knowing — this retreat is your invitation to shift.

🌀What to Expect:

✨ Breathwork with our guest facilitator Katie. This session will move through resistance and access clarity

✨ Guided journaling to release what no longer serves you

✨ A deeply restorative Reiki-infused soundbath

✨ Emotional and energetic reset

Leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to your inner guidance.

If you feel better, everything feels better

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFO, PLEASE NOTE:

breath-work is not a medical practice and l am not medically trained. If you suffer from any serious condition you should check with your medical practitioner prior to breathing with me. The breath style I use is not advised for:

Cardiovascular disease/heart conditions

Detached retina or glaucoma

Diagnosed brain or abdomen aneurysm

Epilepsy

Diagnosed bipolar or schizophrenia

Uncontrolled diabetes or thyroid conditions

High blood pressure

Delicate Pregnancy

Recent surgery or injury

Likewise, if you are on any heavy medications you are advised to seek medical advice prior to joining a session.

* If you do have any of the above conditions, please let me know. You are welcome to stay and breathe from your nose and can still benefit very much from the experience of the gentle breathing, reiki and sound healing. It’s just best to consult with the doctor first.

*Whatever you experience on your journey, remember that you always have full control, if things become too intense: you can either slow down your breathing and/or start to breathe through your nose again. We are there to support you as well.

*We are assuming if you have any acute health conditions or a delicate pregnancy that you have checked with your doctor prior to attending. Most importantly listen to your body and consider slowing down your breathing pattern for this session.

Reasons not to book a Soundbath:

Those in their first trimester of pregnancy should avoid sound

SoundBaths are not recommended until 12 weeks post surgery

Soundbaths are not recommended for any individual who has a pace maker
