Randa
El-Feki

Randa is a certified STOTT PILATES® Instructor, experienced yoga teacher, and trained birthing doula, with a passion for supporting women through every stage of life with movement, education, and holistic wellness practices.

Her approach is rooted in helping women build strength, confidence, and a deeper connection with their bodies, with a particular focus on pre- and postnatal wellness, core rehabilitation, mindful movement, and sustainable self-care.

Drawing from her experience across Pilates, Yoga, and birth support, Randa creates a nurturing and empowering environment where women feel supported through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and beyond. Her teaching combines evidence-based movement with a deep understanding of the physical and emotional changes women experience throughout motherhood and their wider wellness journey.

Outside of teaching, Randa loves creating moments around the table, preparing nourishing home-cooked meals, and enjoying life’s simple pleasures — especially a good cup of coffee or tea (or both!).

Randa believes wellness is about more than exercise; it’s about creating balance, strength, and joy in everyday life.
