With 17 years of experience as a medical doctor, alongside her work as a yoga teacher and Ayurvedic Yoga Massage therapist, Ping brings a deeply holistic approach to health and well-being. She believes that true wellness forms the foundation of a happy, healthy life — one where body, mind and soul are in balance.

Throughout her career, Ping has witnessed how our emotional and mental state directly shapes the way we live — from the choices we make to the quality of our relationships and our physical health. In today’s fast-paced world, she has seen how easy it is to become disconnected from ourselves, often leading to stress, overwhelm, and burnout.

Her work is rooted in helping people slow down, reconnect with their inner selves, and rediscover the joy of self-care. Whether through breath-led yoga, massage, or simply holding space, Ping creates a calm, nurturing environment for rest, release and realignment.

She warmly invites you to take a pause — to lay down what you’ve been carrying, and, when you’re ready, to pick it up again with greater ease, clarity, and connection to who you truly are.
