Amy Jacques

Integrative Counselling

Amy is a qualified integrative counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). She works with both adults and young people (11+) and offers a compassionate, non-judgemental space where clients feel safe, heard, and truly understood.

Drawing on a range of therapeutic theories and approaches, Amy tailors each session to suit the unique needs of the individual. She supports clients with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, bereavement, Autism, ADHD, identity and relationship challenges.

Amy also brings specialist experience of working with d/Deaf individuals. She is fluent in British Sign Language (Level 6) and has a deep understanding of the Deaf community, informed by her previous work as a Communicator and Teaching Assistant for d/Deaf young people.

Amy believes in building a strong, trusting relationship with her clients and offers a free 20-minute initial call (via phone or video) to explore whether therapy with her is the right fit. She provides both short- and long-term therapy.
