Yoga Equipment: Yoga mats, bolsters, props, blankets, and eye masks are available for use.
Crafting Materials: All materials for the botanical clay hangings and bath salts, including dried flowers, herbs, essential oils, and tools, will be provided.
Refreshments: Locally foraged snacks, homemade drinks, herbal teas, and water will be available throughout the day.
Comfortable Space: A welcoming and cosy environment designed for relaxation and creativity.
What to Bring:
Comfortable Clothing - Wear layers or yoga-friendly attire that allows for ease of movement and keeps you warm during relaxation periods.
Water Bottle - A reusable water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the day.
