Come and join me for a half day retreat of yoga, breathwork, relaxation
and a heavenly sound bath. Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds
and vibrations to help calm the nervous system, reduce stress,
promoting deep relaxation and emotional release to quiet the mind.
Yoga is a holistic practice that integrates both physical and mental well-
being. When we move through yoga postures, we build physical
strength, flexibility, and balance. At the same time, by focusing on our
breath and staying present, we calm the nervous system and quiet the
mind.
What to expect:
Beginning our afternoon with a strong Dynamic Flow yoga practice to
build strength and vitality, combining energetic poses and sun
salutations which flow together in a sequence with moments of stillness,
self-care and breath awareness. Finishing off with breathwork and
relaxation.
We will then break for tea and homemade cakes, giving you the chance
to connect with others or take a nature walk in beautiful surroundings.
Our next yoga session will focus on restorative poses to help you relax
mentally and physically, releasing any tension or tightness, followed by a
guided relaxation, creating the perfect environment for deep rest. From
here we will flow straight into a soothing sound bath. Allow the sound
vibrations to wash over you, guiding you into a place of serenity,
stillness, and healing. Let go of everything—this time is just for you.
