Slow Down Yoga: A 6 Week Course with Paula Malloy

It's time to slow down! There's a strength in slowing down, a power to saying no to our fast-paced world and taking the wild option of moving slowly and feeling deeply. Slow doesn't always mean easy, slowing down we focus, we feel into and we give ourselves time. Throughout our Yoga Slow class, we focus on the finer details of the practice. There is no hurry to finish a sequence, as we absorb the posture slowly, giving the opportunity to feel into all aspects and the effects of the practice while exploring deeper into mind and body. The movements and breathing practices encourage body maintenance, stimulating blood and lymphatic flow, warming and mobilising the joints, improving the flow of energy and dissolve muscular and mental tension, the class finishes with relaxation/meditation. This class is perfect for those who wish to move more slowly in their yoga practice, for those who feel a 'bit rusty' or are looking to get back into yoga after some time away from the mat.

Dates of classes: 28th April, 12th May, 19th May, 2nd June, 9th June & 16th June. No class on 26th May (Half term).

**Missed classes from the course** If you ever miss a class from the course, please do accept the invitation to attend either, my live online 9am Sunday Slow Yoga Flow class or my 6pm Wednesday Yoga Slowly in Hatfield.

To cancel or reschedule your regular yoga class, 24hours notice is required. To cancel or reschedule a workshop, or yoga retreat day, 48hours notice is required. To cancel or reschedule a yoga retreat, please contact me for the retreat cancellation policy.
