As natural care givers and emotional rescuers of the world, we can often over look or neglect ourselves as we tend to those we love and care. Its easy to reach burnout with physical, mental and emotional fatigue and the truth is we all need tools, support and time. My intention is to encourage you on your self care journey and empower you by filling your cup with a few hours for you. Designed to disconnect from it all, ultimately de-stress, unwind, relax, and re energise. Set in a beautiful location, we have an opportunity of embracing the magical possibilities that this carefully designed day will offer.
What to expect:
A mini retreat filled with yoga and beautifully concluded with a sound bath. We greet the day with a mindfulness practice of sun salutation and build on the foundations of the physical practice.
We stop for a break, some tea and a chance to connect with others.
The next session is about relaxing our body with a restorative yoga practice of deep relaxation techniques that emphasizes the meditative aspect of yoga before moving on to the sound bath. The sound bath uses Gongs and Himalayan bowls to bring the body back to its natural state of balance and harmony. Relax and let the sounds soothe your nervous system, quiet your mind, alleviate deeply held tension.

wear comfortable clothing you can move in, bring your water bottle & your favourite eye mask if you’d like for the soundbath!
