After our initial getting to know each other welcome round we will be focussing on a calming yoga breathing practice to find space in our hearts and calm and ground body and mind.
We will then focus on a gentle and fluid movement-based yoga practice to ease and aches and pains and gently stretch and ease your pregnant body.
We then come to our deep relaxation, gorgeous yoga nidra where you can let your body deeply relax and find stillness in your mind.
We will end our retreat with a delicious light buffet lunch with nourishing treats and drinks taking the time together to share and connect.
You will leave feeling content, calm, connected and nourished.
