We'll start with an hour of relaxing Pilates session following with a Soundbath session that we’ll unwind and relax. It’s an amazing experience where you get to immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of sound as various instruments create a tranquil environment, promoting deep relaxation and mental clarity.
Following with an engaging and informative Nutrition Workshop led by expert nutritionist Damla designed to help you build healthier habits and feel your best every day.
