With Irene Campbell
Join Irene for her October Recharge Retreat. This time, Irene is teaming up with Nicola Kevans who will play Tibetan singing bowls for the group after the more active part of moving through a curated sequence of yoga poses. Refresh body, mind and heart through gentle Vinyasa and Yin yoga, followed by a soothing sound relaxation. Soak up the supportive energy of the group and enjoy the beautiful space of Oak House Studio.
During this nurturing afternoon, you will combine tension-releasing movement with the stress-releasing quality of the sound and vibrations of the Tibetan Singing Bowl. Allow yourself to drift away and leave feeling refreshed, restored and rejuvenated.
Irene is an experienced yoga teacher specialising in yoga for stress reduction. She has been running regular yoga retreats at Oakhouse Studio for over a year, as well as teaching classes, workshops and 1:1 sessions for over a decade.
