With Anandana and Mimi

Come along and spend a beautiful summer’s day healing the main energy centres of your body. Calm and centre your physical, mental and emotional self. Channel more confidence and balance the subtle energies of the Chakra system by spending a day exploring nature, yoga practice, guided meditation, breath work and a powerful Reiki Fire Drumbeat sound healing.

What is Chakra Balancing?

As we live in an energetic Universe, all creation is made of energy, known as ‘life force energy’. The Chakras, known as the body’s energy centres, are spirals of concentrated life force energy, starting at the root, or base of perineum and extending to the crown at the top of the head.

There are 7 main chakras within our energetic bodies. The root chakra, sacral chakra, solar plexus chakra, heart chakra, throat chakra, brow chakra and the crown chakra.

On a physical level, the chakras channel life force to organs and endocrine glands so that they can function at an optimum level. They also carry with them profound emotional and psychological associations. On a spiritual level, each chakra is a site for a specific consciousness, with its own set of values representing a progression of personal, psychological and spiritual evolution.

When the flow of life force energy within a chakra is congested, blocked or partially closed, we are not working from the correct understanding within that chakra and this can cause an energetic imbalance or chaos in our lives. The corresponding area in the body where the chakra imbalance occurs can also be weakened, which can often manifest in disease if not dealt with.

Thus, the beauty of Chakra Yoga, Reiki and Sound Healing is that these imbalances can be arrested in the energy field before they actually manifest at the physical level through healing and Chakra Balancing.

The day will look something like this:
