Awakening Wonder Mini-Retreat

  • The Oak House Studio & Therapies Church Lane (off Great North Road), George's Gate Hatfield, England, AL9 5HX United Kingdom (map)

With Woodland Yoga

As summer unfolds around us, the world invites us to slow down, look closer and rediscover the sense of wonder that can so easily be lost in the busyness of everyday life.

Throughout the morning, you'll be guided through gentle yoga and mindfulness practices that support nervous system regulation, encourage presence and create space for curiosity and awe. Louise thoughtfully weaves together movement, mindfulness and insights from nature to help you reconnect with what matters most.

The retreat also includes a deeply restorative sound bath, offering an opportunity to fully relax, unwind and settle into a state of deep rest before heading outdoors to explore the stunning grounds of Hatfield Park.

A guided mindful walk through the historic landscape will invite you to engage your senses, reconnect with the natural world and discover simple practices that can help cultivate greater wonder, gratitude and wellbeing in daily life.

This retreat is suitable for all levels, including complete beginners. Whether you're looking to pause and recharge, deepen your mindfulness practice or simply spend time in a beautiful setting with like-minded people, you'll be warmly welcomed.
