With Louise Woodland Yoga
As summer begins to unfold, the body softens, the senses widen, and wonder stirs awake. This retreat offers a quiet pause to breathe deeply and cross that threshold with intention.
Join us at the historic Hatfield House for a spacious half‑day of yoga, mindfulness, therapeutic sound, and nature‑based practices.
Together, we’ll explore how to nourish the nervous system, rekindle curiosity, and reconnect with the quiet magic that lives in the world around us.
This retreat is designed for anyone longing to feel more grounded, more resourced, and more open to awe — no experience needed, just a willingness to arrive as you are.
The day will look something like this:
09.30-10.00 – Arrival & Opening Meditation – A gentle settling-in, creating space for presence and ease.
10.00-11.30 – Nourishing Yoga & Mindfulness – Slow, grounding movement with mindfulness techniques woven throughout, alongside accessible insights into the science of wonder and awe.
11.30-12.15 – Restorative Sound Bath – A soothing, immersive sound experience to support deep rest and nervous system regulation.
12.15-12.30 – Light Refreshments – A quiet pause before we step outdoors.
12.30-13.30 – Nature Walk & Natuire-based Mindfulness – A guided walk through the beautiful grounds of Hatfield Park — a historic landscape that naturally invites awe. You’ll learn simple, repeatable practices to strengthen your capacity for wonder in everyday life.
13.30-14.30/15.00– Optional Lunch at the Coach House – A lovely restaurant on the estate.
Optional and at additional cost. Pre‑booking with a £10 deposit is required.
