Introducing Yoga & Sound Healing for Cancer Support — a nurturing program thoughtfully designed for individuals navigating the challenges of cancer. Each session combines gentle, thoughtful and connected yoga with the transformative vibrations of sound healing, creating a deeply soothing experience for body, mind, and spirit.

Through mindful movement, breathwork, and the resonance of a calming soundbath to close, you’ll be guided toward greater ease, balance, and inner peace. Our certified instructors and sound healing practitioners provide a safe, supportive space for all participants—no experience required.

Embrace this holistic journey of comfort and calm, where yoga and sound unite to encourage healing, rest, and inner peace from within.

Class Features:
Gentle Movements with Rebecca: Engage in soft, restorative yoga poses, tailored to your comfort, aiming to ease tension, enhance flexibility, and support overall well-being. Rebecca is a qualified yoga facilitator in Yoga for Cancer, under the guidance of her teacher Vicky Fox, as well as completing her 300hr Yoga Teacher training with Sue Fuller and continuing certification in Trauma Informed Yoga. 

Sound bath with Nicola Kevans: Relax into a comfortable, supported space after your restorative yoga session, whilst Nicola guides you with a sound bath, using tibetan, the frequencies from the bowls are used to assist in a sense of relaxation and wellbeing. Nicola is an experienced Holistic Therapist, Transformative Coach, Sound and Reiki practitioner.

A selection of facilitators and companies will also occasionally attend the sessions to offer talks and advice on their holistic offerings & products, or there will be time to connect and chat with other participants, journal or take a mindful walk around the stunning grounds of Hatfield Park.

These 2 hour sessions will run bi-weekly on Sundays 10am - 12pm, on a full concession, drop in basis in the cosy and welcoming Donkey Store Studio, a short walk through the grounds of Hatfield Park, from the main car park. Bolsters, blankets and mats will be provided. 

Spaces are limited to 8 people, classes are free of charge but please sign up via our website. You will be required to fill out a short health questionnaire beforehand.

Directions from the main studio car park - turn left out of our car park gates, walk under the pergola, turn left and take the short, scenic walk past St Etheldreda’s church (on your left) and the Old Palace (on your right), until you reach the Stable Yard with it’s cafe and shops, the Donkey Store Studio is situated to the left of the fountain (next door to Darlish Gelato shop).
