Celia Caplan

Celia has been a yoga teacher since 2014 and completed her advanced yoga teacher training in 2020.

Over the years her motivation for practising yoga has changed from a physical necessity, due to years of running and tennis, to a lifestyle choice.

Celia teaches Ashtanga, chair and flow yoga. Her relaxed approach allows for students of varying experience, body structures and physical history.

"It's about listening to your own body and learning what suits you and benefits you".
