Restful Awareness – Meditation, Gong, Nourishment & Nature Day Retreat

  • The Oak House Studio & Therapies Church Lane (off Great North Road), George's Gate Hatfield, England, AL9 5HX United Kingdom (map)

With With Katie Mantwa George & Melissa Delport

In a world that constantly asks us to do more, achieve more and move faster, this retreat offers an invitation to pause.

Join Katie (certified meditation guide and expert gong facilitator) and Melissa (holistic health coach, chef, retreat facilitator and author) for a restorative experience designed to help you slow down and reset.

Step away from life’s hum and into the ancient, soothing stillness of the Restful Awareness Retreat. This is a curated, full-day immersion designed to allow you to Rest and Reset.

Timed with the September Autumn New Moon, this retreat is an invitation to align your internal rhythm with the shedding of leaves in nature, in preparation for the clarity of the New Moon. Whether you’re navigating chaos or simply seeking a sophisticated reset, this day offers the tools to return to your center.
