Rest to Reflect - An end of year Blessing has been designed to help you reflect on 2024 and enter the New Year with ease and a sense of direction.
According to Ayurvedic medicine (The sister science to Yoga), the Winter season embodies a 'hibernation' mode. A subtle withdrawing and slowing down. As nature is laid bare and more reclusive, this particular stillness invites our internal energies to slow down, reflect and nurture ourselves.
Autumn is naturally a transition time and flowing in to Winter calls as a perfect space to rest, reflect and to create an inspired vision for our New Years and this is what you will be invited to do at Rest to Reflect!
As the days are comprised of coldness and darkness, our bodies intuitively know to slow down. Depending on how in tune you have been with the seasons in 2024, alongside the natural energies of Winter, your physical body may experience feelings of:
Depletion
Stagnancy
Feeling uninspired
Feeling weighed down
Winter is the season of 'Being'.
As the seasons externally to us change and adjust, means that we must too. When we live in accordance with nature's natural rhythms, we experience health and longevity physically, spiritually and emotionally.
The retreat will look something like this:
13:00 to 13:30 - Arrivals with organic mulled wine
13:30 to 15:00 - Rest to Reflect Movement Practice
15:00 to 15:30 - Break with healthy snacks, drinks and herbal remedies
15:30 to 16:15 - Winter Woodland Walk around Hatfield House Gardens
16:30 to 17:30 - RE:VIBE Sound ~ crystal sound bath experience with 2025 journalling
17:30 to 18:00 - Goodbyes and giftings
