Join Rachel for a relaxing, nuturing evening in the main studio space for her new, 6 week pregnancy yoga course - PregnancyBliss. The course begins on Friday the 7th of November, from 18.30 - 19.45.
Using a combination of yoga-inspired postures, breathing, relaxation and mindfulness techniques along with massage and equipment such as yoga balls, these PregnancyBliss pregnancy yoga classes are designed to foster that magical connection with the baby as well as strengthening the body, relaxing the mind for birth and alleviating some of the discomforts of pregnancy.
About Rachel - ‘I’m a mother of two teenage children. My background is in childcare (including nursery management), holistic treatments, massage therapy and as a Montessori teacher.
I enjoy being a MamaBabyBliss teacher as I love to watch the journey from pregnancy to almost crawling. Being a MamaBabyBliss teacher fits in with my children’s studies and creates a healthy work-life balance.
I love to support pregnant ladies and their partners on the pregnancy journey and beyond. I feel the parents grow in confidence, have some ‘me time’ and gain more knowledge and understanding of the process of pregnancy and labour.
As well as baby massage and baby yoga, I offer pregnancy yoga and massage treatments. These can also be in a package.’
