With Rhiannon & Evie

Rhiannon is a Breath work Facilitator, Somatic Body Practitioner, and founder of RHI-SET. She supports women in reconnecting with their inner knowing and reclaiming their feminine power. Blending ancient wisdom with modern embodiment practices, Rhiannon guides women to soften, feel, and express themselves through breath, movement, and ritual.

Dr. Evie is a Clinical Psychologist and the woman behind Dr.Eveolve. Her approach is rooted in depth, attunement, and care—offering gentle, visually anchored spaces where women are invited to slow down, reflect, and meet themselves more fully. Drawing on a rich foundation of psychological theory and symbolic exploration, she guides with a deep sensitivity to what often sits just beneath the surface. Her work is spacious, intuitive, and grounded in a quiet trust in the wisdom that arises when we are truly witnessed.

Together, Rhiannon and Evie co-create soulful spaces rooted in collective care. Their retreats weave somatic wisdom with clinical grounding—honouring both body and mind—and invite women to come home to themselves.

What to expect:

As we stand on the threshold between Spring’s stirrings and Summer’s full bloom, nature offers us a moment to pause and attune to the seasonal cycles within.

What parts of us are ready to grow—and what still holds us back?

We gather in sisterhood to gently soften what feels tight, name the stories that shape us, and meet the places within that resist expansion. Not to fix or force, but to witness, reflect, and prepare the soil for what longs to bloom.

Held by the heart-opening medicine of cacao, the rhythm of breathwork, the movement of the body, and the grounding presence of nature—this space invites deep listening: to ourselves and one another.

Our reflective cards act as symbolic mirrors, not to offer answers but to help us meet the parts of ourselves that whisper just beneath the surface. You may be drawn to a card through story, colour, image, or sensation—there is no right or wrong way. Some may reflect familiar terrain, while others stir something unnamed but deeply felt.

The cards invite us to notice the quiet longings, inner narratives, and subtle resistances that shape how we move through this season of becoming.

Together, we honour what rises with curiosity, compassion, and connection. Our task is not to interpret or fix, but to witness—holding what surfaces with reverence, spaciousness, and care.

What to bring:

This space is designed to hold you gently—come as you are, and bring whatever supports your comfort, rest, and reflection:

  • Clothing to Rest In: Soft, loose layers you can move and relax in—whatever helps your body exhale.

  • Water Bottle: Bring a reusable bottle to stay nourished. Filtered water and cups will also be available alongside nibbles and refreshments.

  • Journal & Pen: A place to hold your thoughts, reflections, or anything that stirs within you.

  • Any Personal Touches: While we’ll provide yoga mats, bolsters, blankets, and eye masks, you’re welcome to bring anything that helps you settle more deeply, perhaps your favourite pillow, a cosy scarf, or something with personal meaning.

Investment:

  • Seed Price before 14/04– £70 For those who feel the call early and are ready to plant their intention.

  • Bloom Price before 28/04– £80 For those arriving as the energy rises and the circle begins to take form.
