Lucy Rollo
Lucy is a passionate Pilates teacher who brings a dynamic blend of classical Pilates and contemporary flow to her classes. Having recently qualified as a teacher, she draws on more than five years of dedicated personal practice, giving her a strong foundation in anatomy, movement, and the mind–body connection.
Her teaching focuses on helping clients build mobility, strength, and endurance through mindful movement, while also encouraging balance and awareness beyond the physical.
For Lucy, Pilates is more than exercise — it’s a way to feel stronger, more centred, and more connected both on and off the mat. The most rewarding part of her teaching is guiding clients to discover a deeper relationship with their own bodies — and seeing them leave class feeling uplifted and smiling.
