A perfect opportunity for you and your daughter to spend quality-time together in a meaningful and enriching way whilst gaining clarity over how to support yourself and your daughter as she journey's through puberty.

Children age 6 - 12 *(5 yr old can attend but must be accompanied)

What will we do?

We will be using interactive presentations, crafts, journalling, a sharing circle, a nature-walk, visualisations, games and creative activities to explore the themes throughout the day.

What will we get out of it?

Girls will go away feeling more confident about what is happening to their bodies during puberty, not only on a physical-level, but on an emotional and hormonal level too. They will gain knowledge and practical tools to help them on their puberty journey. Feel a sense of belonging within a community of women and girls, and more connected with their mother / female role-model.

Mothers will go away feeling clarity with how they want to navigate the puberty journey with their daughters, understanding of how their own thoughts and experiences can be worked-through and separated from the experience of their daughters.  Gain practical tools to help support themselves and their daughters as they go through this time together.  Feel more connected to their daughters through this experience and feel a sense of belonging with a community of other mohters and daughters.
