Vanessa Viner

Vanessa has always been a fitness enthusiast and has been practicing Mat Pilates for 25+ years to combat lower back issues. She tried Reformer in 2014 and took the plunge in 2019 to train as an instructor with J Pilates in London. She is passionate about Pilates and the benefits regular sessions can have on the body. Vanessa is also a level 2 cricket coach.
