Yoga has helped me through every challenge in life, from the stress of the corporate world, to motherhood, throughout the trials of the pandemic, and everything in-between.

I soon found myself sharing my secret with everyone I met, and encouraging them to start yoga themselves. I quickly knew it was time to become a yoga teacher.

My yoga classes are a combination of traditional teachings laced with a modern pulse.

Having studied Ashtanga Yoga and Ayurveda, I am passionate about creating a full mind, body, spirit experience. In each class, not only will you benefit from the physical yoga practice itself, with attention to alignment and correct form, but you can also expect to learn the ancient secrets and holistic practices to unlocking a happier and healthier lifestyle. Allowing you the opportunity to start a complete transformation.

My goal is to give you the tools for optimum wellness to carry for a lifetime, so you don’t just feel good on the yoga mat, but feel good every single day
