Holly McGowan

Holly attended Tring Park, School of Performing Arts, where she trained in all techniques of dance, including Ballet, Contemporary and Musical Theatre.

It was at Tring she was introduced to Pilates and it became an important part of her training and professional career. 

On leaving Tring Park Holly went on to London Studio Centre and obtained a BA Hons in Theatre and Dance. 

After graduating She went on to work professionally as a dancer and choreographer for companies including Princess Cruises, Cunard Line and many others.

Throughout her training and career Holly has used Pilates to protect her body and to rehabilitate after injuries and now also includes Barre as another means of maintaining and increasing flexibility and overall body strength and fitness.

Holly is looking forward to meeting new clients and using her experience to help people discover the joys and benefits of Pilates and Barre.
