In 2013 whilst pursuing a career in law I got into bodybuilding and worked as a fitness model in my spare time. Often on modelling assignments people would ask me to advise them on how to get fit but I didn’t feel I had the correct knowledge or qualifications to do so. This made me realise that I would much rather spend my life helping people to live healthier, happier, longer lives, and so I quit my legal job and retrained as a personal trainer.  

Since then I have supported numerous individuals to create a higher quality of life for themselves physically and mentally through education, guidance & encouragement.

I particularly enjoy training people who are new to movement, or haven’t exercised for a while. I take a friendly and knowledgeable approach, travelling my clients’ journeys with them to support them in achieving their wellness goals, both big and small.

  • Relaxation techniques: Breathing, stretching, calming the central nervous system
