Explore the wonderful benefits of aerial yoga hammocks in a 3 hours in-depth masterclass workshop at a magnificent 19 century church studio on the grounds of the historical Hatfield house.

This workshop is open to all - suitable for complete beginners to the most skeptical / unbendable - you will fall in love with your aerial hammock.

Anti-Gravity Yoga is all inclusive, the hammock supports your joints and all ages / body shapes & fitness levels are welcome.

What to expect:

Get an in depth introduction to anti-gravity yoga, starting with energizing Pilates suspension method (aero Pilates) - awakening your core, toning your entire body before moving on to aerial stretches, inversions and optional partner poses!

You will start with below knee height slings for spinal awakening and supported stretches before progressing step by step to energize and strengthen your whole body. You will experience a beautiful anti-gravity yoga flow with plenty of hands on support! There will be opportunities to explore more adventurous poses, partner work, partner stretches- all these are optional.

Melt away stress and anxiety while refreshing your soul with a beautiful floating relaxation in your lavender / lemongrass infused hammock at the end of your session.

Herbal teas & snacks offered, there will be chats, laughs and we always bond, help each other.

Yoga mats & relaxation blankets provided - no need to carry anything with you - especially if you use public transport.

The aerial slings are perfect for anyone with stiff backs, joint issues, bad knees, those who struggle stretching, the ones who doesn't like high intensity or cardio classes, but want to tone, strengthen and want to exercise without straining knee joints or getting back pains.
